For students with a good understanding of the fundamentals of sailing this is a great class for moving your sailing abilities to the next level. We will review beginning sailing skills with an emphasis on improving boat handling and refining sail trim using the tell tales and trimming for speed. Single-handed sailing and racing will be introduced time permitting. Upon successful completion of Intermediate Lidos you are ready to move on to the Harbor 20 Level 2 or Shields 1. Min 6-Max 18 students. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Beginning Sailing - Lido 1, or recent equivalent dinghy sailing experience. Participants must be at least 14 years old and able to swim 50 yards.
