The OCC School of Sailing and Seamanship, in collaboration with The Practical Navigator is pleased to offer USCG exam proctoring at our location for online courses taken with Practical Navigator Training. To access the course material, you will sign up for your exam date, which is done through the Program Office. You can reach us at: 949-205-7352 or waterfrontcampus@occ.cccd.edu For students interested in preparing for their exams online, Practical Navigator offers Coast Guard approved classes for the OUVP and Masters. This USCG approved course serves in place of testing at the Coast Guard Regional Exam Center. Upon successful completion, mariners qualify for near coastal or inland commercial captain's licenses up to 100 gross registered tons.
