A practical introduction to boat handling and safe powerboat operation for the novice or moderately experienced powerboat operator. The focus is on builiding confidence during in-harbor maneuvering. Course topics inlcude boat systems, twin engine operation and helm controls, docking line handling, piloting rules, and safety procedures.  Students must be 16 years of age or older.
