The OCC School of Sailing & Seamanship is offering a new leadership program for teens in our Summer Sailing Camps! Our Youth Leadership Program (YLP) provides training and experience in teamwork, responsibility, communication and job skills. YLP prepares students for employment as camp counselors, assistant sailing instructors and leadership roles in a fun and supportive environment on the water.
