A program specifically for teens in our Summer Sailing Camps! Our Youth Leadership Program (YLP) provides training and experience in teamwork, responsibility, communication, and job skills. YLP prepares students for employment as camp counselors, assistant sailing instructors and leadership roles in a fun and supportive environment on the water. *Prerequisite: Participants must be 14 to 17 years old OR entering the 9th grade, have basic sailing skills and enjoy working with children. **To register for the program please contact The School at 949-645-9412 or customercare@occsailing.com to arrange an informational interview. ***To be considered for scholarship awards, students must meet eligibility requirements and demonstrate characteristics like flexibility, tolerance, and open-mindedness.
