For intermediate sailors ready to take their sailing skills to the next level. Class begins with a quick review of Shields 1 before moving on to more advanced topics including sail trim and shape, wind shifts, heel control, crew over board, anchoring and crew work. Prerequisite: Age 14 or older and able to swim 50 yards. Successful completion of Shields 1 or equivalent recent sailing experience on a larger keelboat.
