The US SAILING Keelboat Certification System offers standardized guidelines for Sailing Instruction and Training. With OCC's US Sailing Certified and Coast Guard Licensed instructors you have access to the best sail training from Basic Keelboat to Bareboat Cruising and Coastal Navigation. Whether you plan to sail close to home or cruise in foreign waters we can help you gain the knowledge and skills to achieve your goals. Once you are US SAILING certified through Bareboat, apply for your International Proficiency Certificate and you have a passport to sail all over the world.
